I am currently a university student studying urban planning. I am a proud resident of, in my humble opinion, one of the greatest cities in the world: Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Living in such a diverse and lively city as Toronto has definitely impacted my passion for studying what makes a city, especially regarding my special interests in environmental, transportation and infrastructure planning. Toronto’s diversity has pushed me to branch out my reading tastes and personal style, while always being open to new ideas and perspectives.
For as long as I can remember, I have had a passion for reading, dressing up, and travelling the world, all thanks to the people around me who have fostered these joys for me. These hobbies have stood the test of time for me and have influenced the person I am today, leading me to share this joy with all of you!
Ever since I was a little girl, the women in my family would discuss blogs, sites and other webpages that they were recently enjoying, whether it be topics about DIYs, fashion, or home design. This sparked an idea in me that when I was old enough I would create my own blog to share all of my passions and meet likeminded people. This dream was pushed to the recesses of my mind because I always came up with excuses that there was never a perfect time, but now I believe there is no better time than the present. So, here I am, doing something I have loved and dreamed of doing since I was a little girl. Now, this new version of myself is imagining this to be her Carrie Bradshaw moment; curly hair up in a messy bun and typing away on her MacBook.
