I have been so fortunate to have travelled since I was 2 years old. It’s a running joke in my family that I am a Type A traveller. I’ll be the one to book and plan all the sightseeing activities and have my outfit planned for every day, night, and activity. I even used to use a Google spreadsheet that included the time of day, activity, and parts of an outfit (e.g. top, bottom, jewellery, and purse). Now, I substituted my boring and uninspiring spreadsheet for the Indyx app where I take a picture of all my clothes and accessories and create a collage for every outfit. I totally recommend this; it’s so much easier and way more fun. The app also has a calendar feature where you can add your outfit to a certain day and a collection feature for packing checklists, which are my favourite uses for the app!
One of my favourite parts of travelling is taking a moment to appreciate the little things that bring me joy and inspiration by snapping a picture. I have especially loved creating digital albums for every trip I have taken since finding my mom’s digital camera from the 2000s. I so enjoy the vintage feel it gives my photos.
